Quality plan is based on the Quality guidelines released by the American Association for Medical Transcription (AAMT). Quality level being maintained at less than 50 Errors Per Thousand (EPT) lines statistically arrived on Three Sigma basis.

To strengthen our internal process systems, we are in the process of getting certified for Quality Management System as per ISO 9001:2000 standards.
